Harris Teeter Easter Egg

I stumbled on it the other day when I was making my grocery list for delivery from Harris Teeter. 

As I puzzled over which variety of apples to buy, I noticed a horizontal bar over each type ranging in color from red to green.

Closer inspection revealed that bar was a Flavor Meter from Sweet to Tart, with color gradations matching sweetness/tartness.

Genius!

I've never been able to remember which apples are the sweetest, only that Granny Smiths are the tartest and go in pies.
