I never knew this stuff existed until I read a review by Mark Frauenfelder in Recomendo.
Too bad: I've been plagued for decades by failed crowns and fillings and tooth fractures, no doubt the result of my propensity for Heath bars and their ilk.
But I digress.
Mark (I call him by his first name because we're been online correspondents for decades) wrote:
"I was at a restaurant and bit something hard hidden in a piece of cake. It broke off part of a molar and the jagged tooth cut into my cheek whenever I spoke. I bought a little container of orthodontic wax to smooth over the sharp part. The next day, the dentist told me I'd done the right thing. The container is so small that I keep it in my toiletries bag when I travel."
Mint, Strawberry, or Unflavored: $3.29.
