If, as many do, you use parchment paper that comes in a roll, you probably find yourself frustrated by the way it curls up in the baking pan.
If you want it to mold to the pan, first rinse it in water, then ring it out like a towel, and you will find it will mold to any pan shape and keep that form.
Nah, that’s not necessary. You just need to crumple it and uncrumple it. No need to add water.
