It's covered in strips of shredded newspaper.

Now comes upscale furniture design house Moooi with the Hortensia Petal Chair (top and below), a 2018 design by Andrés Reisinger and Júlia Esqué.

Made in the Netherlands, it's covered with 30,000 laser-cut fabric petals.
