Alas, not all cities: as any fool can plainly see from the image up top, the site resorts to "Retry" mode when it fails to do what it purports to do.

And guess what?

I did just that a few times and kept getting the same error message: "This usually resolves within a few minutes."

So when it didn't, well, too bad for me.
