Above, Ed Ruscha's poster for Alejandro Iñárritu's new film "Digger" starring Tom Cruise.
The poster features the Boy Scout Utility Modern font, which Ruscha designed himself and has used exclusively since around 1980.
Back story here.
Note added 3:46 pm Monday October 5: "Digger" bombed on its opening weekend; it looks to be a 9-figure money-losing disaster: "Ishtar II."
"GOING NOWHERE. FAST." on the poster turns out to have been prophetic.
