Above, an Amazon page that popped up while I was doing something or other on the site.

It startled me: I was amazed at the difference in gift traffic direction.

I love sending people things; I also love getting things but obviously most people would rather receive than give.

Which is fine with me.

My whole life I've wished I had a friend like me who would amuse and surprise me and do stuff like I love to do for others, but it appears it won't be happening anytime soon (or later).

Oh well....
